Grand Theft Auto 6 file size

In a social media post, PlayStation user Game Size reported that the full download size of the upcoming Grand Theft Auto 6 will be a hefty 210 GB. Insider Gaming confirms this information.

This makes Grand Theft Auto 6 one of the largest games in history in terms of base file size. This is roughly what everyone expected, but when pre-downloads begin on November 12th, internet service providers around the world will definitely feel the strain.

GTA 6 installation size is truly impressive. We all knew GTA 6 would be gigantic. Footage and gameplay clips reveal a colossal open world, chock-full of content and side missions, as well as the most ambitious storyline in the series' history. It's this colossal detail, the vast expanse of the virtual state of Leonidas, thousands of unique vehicle models, complex animation, and terabytes of high-definition source textures, combined with cutting-edge lighting technologies, that make up the game's record-breaking file size. Every detail of this vibrant world requires massive disk space, ultimately resulting in a massive 210 GB of storage space on players' drives.

But it's worth remembering that things could still change before the release. Furthermore, there will likely be a day-one patch at launch, so you'll have to download extra gigabytes on launch day.

Speaking of GTA 6 , actress Manny Perez, who is credited for the role of Lucia, recently appeared on stream. She deftly avoided answering any questions about the game, but her ambiguous reactions and hints convinced fans the rumors were true.
