Does GTA 6 Have Ukrainian? Language List and What to Pick Instead

Take-Two didn't say whether the list covers only subtitles and menus. Rockstar games are usually voiced in English, with translated subtitles and menus.

Which language to choose

• English. Original dialogue, slang and jokes with nothing lost. Good if you read English comfortably.
• Polish. An option for players who find it closer than English.
• Other listed languages. Pick the one you read fastest: GTA has a lot of subtitles, often while you're driving.

In GTA V on consoles the game language followed the PS5 or Xbox system language: if the console language wasn't supported, the game started in English. GTA 6 will most likely work the same way; we'll check the exact menu on launch day.

Why no Ukrainian

Rockstar hasn't explained. Ukrainian players have asked for a translation for years: Rockstar's posts on X get dozens of such comments. Games from other studios, such as Cyberpunk 2077, have Ukrainian localisation, so the demand is there.
